Fantasy Owners check this out

Fantasy Rankings – Titans Week 3

1. M. Mariota
2. D. Murray
3. D. Walker (Q)
4. T. Sharpe
5. K. Wright (Q)
6. D. Henry

I think this could be a huge week for our quarterback and our offense. The Raiders’ defense has allowed a lot of points so far this season. Mariota could pose a threat to a defense that hasn’t been disciplined this season in the first two games. Last year it was the Raiders’ QB who stole the show. Quarterback Derek Carr completed 24 of 37 passes for 330 yards and three touchdowns, with a 2-yard strike to Seth Roberts with 1:21 left as the game winner. The Raiders out-gained the Titans 407 to 249 but Tennessee had three touchdown passes from Marcus Mariota, who also had a pair of interceptions. Much as the game last November played out I expect the same this year. Mariota had Three Touchdowns last game but threw two costly interceptions. Fantasy owners here me out. Mariota will throw for three tds again but he will not make those costly turnovers. The Titans win 31-24.

Demarco Murray is a must start also. Raiders’ opponents are averaging 8 yards per play. This has the opportunity to be the game that the Titans’ running game also takes off. I am predicting a lot of offense from a team that hasn’t shown much promise yet but I think the Raiders’ defense will over pursue and the Titans will have many opportunities to make big plays.

Matchup of the week: Kahil Mack vs Taylor Lewan

This could decide the game if Lewan can hold off Mack and give Mariota time we could finally see a dynamic Titan offense that we haven’t seen in a long time.

FAST FACTS: Raiders opponents are averaging a hefty eight yards per play through two games, easily the most generous in the league. New Orleans is 31st at 6.5. ... Raiders DE Khalil Mack has 10 sack, 12 TFL in past 8 games and made 2 sacks in last meeting. ... Titans RB DeMarco Murray leads active players with 28 rushing TDs and is 2nd with 3,799 rush yards. Rushed for career-high 3 TDs in last game vs. Oak. (11/28/13 with Dal.). (UPI - Sports)
